Sales run 9/13-19 Wednesday to Tuesday (except for Publix in FL whose sales run Thursday to Wednesday) (all stores updated by 9/14/23)
This is a list of weekly grocery sales in Middle TN, the Tampa Bay/Gainesville area, and Southern California. They are listed by section of the store and are the deals I think are worth buying based on my knowledge of regular prices.
Of course I’m not listing everything in each flyer on here; that would make it way too hard to use! For the most part, these are things I myself would use. I tend towards more Whole30 type items. If an item isn’t compliant, I’ll note it. And I’m not currently focused on organic though sometimes I do list those prices for comparison. (I’m simply after saving the most money!)
You may still want to check your sales flyers in case I skip things you like to buy, BUT if you’re just starting, using this list alone is GOING to SAVE you money!
