2025 classes – YOU cooking better, smarter, faster

Join me for a monthly in-person class in Nolensville, TN. Each month we’ll cook something new – gaining new skills, enjoying our creations (that means eating them!), and coming away with new meal options each time.

Cost per class is $25 for one person, $40 for two to cover ingredient costs. All classes must be prepaid by the Wednesday before class so I can shop. Space is limited so don’t delay! Email me at missmellie@missmelliecooks.com for payment and location details.

February 7 (Friday) or February 8 (Saturday), 5-7pm

A pre-Valentine’s couples class – Pork Au Poivre, Creamy Whole30 Mashed Potatoes, and maybe a secret surprise dessert!

March 14 (Friday) or March 15 (Saturday), 5-7pm

Soups – Non-Dairy Potato Soup, Zuppa Toscana, and Stuffed Red Pepper Soup

April 11 (Friday) or April 12 (Saturday), 5-7pm                  

Breakfast – Quick Fried Eggs, Homemade Turkey Sausage and Breakfast Sausage Hash

May 9 (Friday) or May 10 (Saturday), 5-7pm                    

Mexican – Chipotle ranch dip, Easy Guacamole, and Mexican Cauli Fried Rice

June 13 (Friday) or June 14 (Saturday), 5-7pm               

Cold Chicken Salads – Madras Chicken Salad, Cranberry Jalapeño Chicken Salad, and The Ultimate

July 11 (Friday) or July 12 (Saturday), 5-7pm                  

Pizza – Zucchini Pizza Crust, Homemade Italian Sausage, and complete Gluten and Dairy-Free pizza

August 8 (Friday) or August 9 (Saturday), 5-7pm          

Whole30 skills – Making mayo, ghee, salad dressing, and more…all in your own kitchen!

September 12 (Friday) or September 13 (Saturday), 5-7pm                

Skillet meals – Taco Skillet, Greek Skillet, and Italian Skillet
