Rescue your precious time from unnecessary cleanup

The key to less cleanup time after dinner is to rinse it (pots, pans, dishes) before it sticks! Or as my grandmother would have said, “Reench it ‘fore it sticks!” (imagine that heavy Southern/country accent). Silly as it sounds, it’s wise advice. Particularly if you use a lot of red spices or get stuff baked on your pans in the oven like I do.

I confess…I’m a peach snob

I need to confess…I’m a Southern peach snob. I prefer Southern peaches above any others (sorry California or Washington! And no to white flesh peaches too…I warned you…peach SNOB!). Cresthaven, Georgia Belle, doesn’t matter to me that some of them are a little smaller. In this case, all that matters is the taste. And these babies are the best!
